One Annual Heating Check-Up
- Vacuum combustion chamber
- Run computerized combustion test and tune for optimum efficiency
- Check for carbon monoxide production
- Check & Adjust pilot & firing rate if/as necessary

- Inspect flue pipe for deterioration
